DON'T EVER BULK AGAIN, PART 3: THE GREAT SUGAR MYTH
We live in the best time possible. We have more powerful computers at our fingertips (smart phones) than the assonants on the first space mission. Let that sink in for second. Also, we don’t have to worry about going out and killing our food. It is easily available to us. Unfortunately, we have been misled for decades on what is healthy, and what is not. It’s not our faults. There were some very powerful forces using their influence to misguide us. The result? We are the fattest we have ever been in history, with an increase in pro-inflammatory diseases. Why? Our terrible eating habits.
THE GREAT SUGAR SCANDAL
Firstly, the year was 1967. LBJ was in his second term of office. War was still raging in Vietnam. And unknown to the American public, a major conspiracy was in the works that still affects us today. The great manipulators, known as the Sugar Research Foundation (today they refer to themselves as the Sugar Association) paid off prestigious Harvard scientist, in the equivalent of $50,000.00 in today’s money, to mislead the public about the role of sugar and heart disease. And to make it worse, they were able to convince Americans that saturated fat was the culprit.
What is comical about this self-serving deception, is that it contradicts everything we know about evolution. It was the presence of extra fats in our ancestors’ diets that led to the development of our brains. And here you have an article published in the “prestigious” New England Journal of Medicine (give me a f**king break) that set back evolution for 50 years. Secondly, the worst part is that some people still believe that fats are bad for you. Don’t believe me? Then next time you are at the supermarket, observe the number of “low fat” grocery items you see. It is astonishing. If you ever buy low-fat salad dressing again, you are a fool. Just look at the amountof sugar they throw in there. By the way, they make more money when you buy the low-fat version of anything. Furthermore, don’t support the problem. You are better than that.
For instance, to make matters worse, not only is heart disease the number one killer of adults in the United States, but cognitive diseases are on the rise. Most of the cognitive diseases are caused by plaque build-up and inflammation inside of the brain. Let’s ponder on this information for a second. If sugar causes an increase in inflammation and plaque build-up in the arteries and blood vessels, then I wonder what is causing the same thing to occur in brain tissue. Hmmm.
HOW THE SUGAR SCANDAL DESTROYED HEALTH CARE
After that, the misleading information on sugar was forced upon the millions of Americans and taught by our school systems on a yearly basis, it became ok to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and drink 40g of sugar straight from a bottle of Coke for lunch every day. The Food Pyramid was one of the worst pieces of manipulation ever used by the elites. Not only were they making money on the cheap goods they were selling, now they were getting money from the booming health care system.
In addition, did you know that 1/7th of America’s current economy is made up of the health care sector? Are you kidding me? And the best part? If you are obese or have diabetes, both of which are a direct effect of the manipulation by the Sugar industry, you must pay an outrageous amount of money to get health insurance. Don’t blame our current health care system on politicians from either side that are getting their pockets lined with cash. Blame it on the Sugar industry elites and the blind faith in Harvard and other doctors that “know what is best for you.” After all, they are just humans like you and me.
I’m not saying that doctors and medicine aren’t important. They are needed for quick fixes in your health, and life threating situations. I myself had to have four vertebrae fused together. If I didn’t have the procedure, I could have lost the use of my left arm. However, there are more medical workers than we need because of sugar. And when you have more medical workers than you need, the quality of the health care professionals quickly deteriorate. Less qualified people become doctors and nurses.
Therefore, just look at the number of accidental hospital deaths. They don’t want to have to pay a family for their negligence. Just remember, a hospital is a business. Heck, before my surgery the representative of the prestigious hospital I was attending tried to get me to sign away my payment rights. She even said, “most people go ahead and sign it.” Luckily, I had my lawyer with me, who blatantly said, “don’t sign it,” much to the dismay of the representative. The look on her face was priceless. She knew she was called out for being manipulative. She didn’t care that I was in excruciating pain, she just wanted my money. F**cking
B**ch.
HOW DOES THE SUGAR SCANDAL RELATE TO BULKING?
You may be asking yourself how deceiving sugar executives and the current state of bulking are related. No worries! You are about to be
schooled!
So, by the late 70s and early 80s, most of the American population feared fat, and embraced overeating carbohydrates. The logical next step was for bro-science to take over. If you want to gain muscle,
and you need to eat more calories, than it is ok to eat a ton of carbohydrates. What happened to the natural bodybuilders? They got FAT as f**k. If you ever “bulk,” you should never get fat. If you can’t see your abs, then you don’t need to bulk. You have already
been bulking long enough.
Overall mass and pure muscle are not the same thing. If you think it is ok to fill out a t-shirt and not have any muscle definition, you are delusional. In conclusion, the purpose of “bulking” is to gain muscle, not get fat. In the next part I will break down why it is impossible to gain the most muscle possible when you are “bulking.” If you want to be fat and big, and have an excuse to practice simple mindedness, then go ahead and “bulk.” Use it as an excuse to eat unhealthily. Go eat your box of donuts and become a fat f**k. I don’t care. You will just make me look better, especially when I take my shirt off. However, if you want to gain actual muscle mass, don’t ever bulk again.
